RydKrew is an early-access platform for the motorcycle riding community. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use our website, forms, and related services, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We may collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Age (must be 18 or older)
• City and state
• Profile type (rider or ride organizer)
• Instagram handle (optional)
• Suggestions, feedback, and information voluntarily submitted through forms
• Account credentials stored as secure password hashes (never plain text)
• Security questions and answers you choose during registration, stored in hashed form
• Technical data necessary to operate the website safely, such as IP address, browser type, session identifiers, and security or bot-verification logs

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your RydKrew account
• Provide early-access invitations and product updates
• Communicate important platform announcements
• Improve platform features and user experience
• Respond to support requests and feedback
• Authenticate sign-in, prevent abuse, and protect accounts

We are not currently collecting medical or emergency health details during early access registration.

If we introduce optional safety fields later (for example for KrewHelp), we will ask for clear consent and explain how that information is used.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

RydKrew does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, including MSG91 (OTP, SMS, and transactional email delivery) and Cloudflare (bot protection via Turnstile), subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the platform.

When you verify your mobile number or sign in with OTP, RydKrew uses MSG91 to send one-time passwords and related authentication messages to the phone number you provide.

We may also send account-related emails through MSG91 or other configured email providers, such as password reset links and service notifications.

Standard message or data rates from your mobile operator may apply to SMS messages you receive.

When you participate in a live ride that uses tracking, we may process precise location data to show your position to other participants of that ride and to provide related safety or coordination features.

Location sharing for live rides is intended for ride participants (and emergency assistance flows you enable), not for unrestricted public broadcast. You should only enable tracking when you understand who can see your position.

Device permissions for location are controlled by your operating system. You can revoke location permission at any time, which may limit ride-tracking features.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed storage of passwords and security answers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Temporary security data, such as login lockout records or verification codes, is kept only for as long as needed for security purposes.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their information by contacting RydKrew support or using the Data Deletion / Account Deletion pages.

Where applicable under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may also have rights to withdraw consent for optional processing, lodge a grievance, or request details about how your data is handled.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for security, session management, analytics (when enabled), and bot protection.

RydKrew is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
